1. What to do if you need to go to the doctor?
You can use the services of any professional included on our medical chart with an appointment, or in case of emergency, go directly to one of our centres with emergency services.
2. What to do if you need to see the doctors and centres?
The updated list of all doctors and centres is available at sanitas.es. You can find a doctor by location, province, speciality or by simply specifying what is the matter with you. You can also see your personalised Medical Chart in your private area.
3. What to do if you need to make an appointment?
It is simple!
- 1. Log in your Mi Sanitas private area.
- 2. Go to appointments - make appointment.
- 3. Select the speciality, province and the search criteria (by centre, doctor’s name or date).
- 4. All the times available will be displayed and you simply need to choose the time that best suits you.
You can also make an appointment by calling:
- Customer service.
- The medical centre you have chosen.
4. What to do if you need a diagnostic test?
You need a doctor’s prescription (referral slip) for diagnostic tests (blood tests, x-rays, etc.), so you must go to the doctor first. When you have the prescription, make an appointment for the test. The referral slip sometimes needs to be authorised first. We explain how here.
5. What to do if you need to urgently see a doctor?
In case of a medical emergency, attention is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:
