Registration: Registering in Mi Sanitas, your private area on the app or website, will make managing your health easier because you can carry out many procedures: make appointments, check the medical assistance team chart, download reports and diagnostic tests, hold video consultations and request home services.
Contract: It is available in your private Mi Sanitas area. We have not attached it for security reasons, as it may contain confidential information about your health. If you are the policyholder, you will be prompted to sign the contract terms and conditions when you register. In addition, the contract and this user guide are always available in your private area.
